Call for Submissions

 

Rules and Regulations

  1. Submissions can be made by Malaysian filmmakers
  2. There are no submission charges
  3. The film/video can be any genre (animation, documentary, drama, experimental, horror, comedy, etc)
  4. Maximum length is 20 minutes
  5. Screening format is digital video
  6. The film can be in any language – but English subtitles are required if it is not in English
  7. Copyright for all music and videos used must be owned by the filmmaker.  By submitting your short film to the KKIFF 2013, you agree that the KKIFF 2013 will not be held liable for any copyright infringements perpetrated by you or your short film.
  8. Deadline for submissions is:  3 May 2013

Send a copy of your film on dvd to:
