Awards Night for the KKIFF 2023 was on Sunday, 1 October at the Grand Ballroom, Hilton Kota Kinabalu.

And it was a great evening – full of energy, laughter, fun and joy.

It was also when we announced the winners in the Sabah Pitching Training, The Sabah Film Lab and the Go10 Filmmakers’ Competition.

The films made during the Sabah Film Lab were premiered during Awards Night – and many of the local actors and crew were there to see themselves on screen!

The Golden Kinabalu Award-winning films were also screened, much to everyone’s delight.
