Greetings to the filmmaking world from the KKIFF in Kota Kinabalu! We hope that everyone is well and staying safe.
THE SABAH FILM ACADEMY and SABAH PITCHING TRAINING & AWARDS – UPDATE
We have had a lot of fun working with the participants in our two training programmes – the Sabah Film Academy and the Sabah Pitching Training & Awards. And a lot of filmmakers have joined these programmes – altogether 93 participants in the Sabah Film Academy over 6 years and then 55 South-East Asian participants in the Sabah Pitching Training & Awards over 4 years!
But we are in unusual times at the moment and this means that we have had to re-think our plans for the KKIFF 2020.
So please note that the Sabah Film Academy and the Sabah Pitching Training & Awards for the KKIFF2020 will be postponed to the KKIFF2021.
But keep your eyes on the KKIFF website and social media pages for more information early next year. And for updates about the KKIFF2020.
