Launching the PESTA10 Filmmakers’ Competition

2018 is a year of celebration because it is the 10th year of the KKIFF!

So join the celebration by entering your film into the PESTA10 Filmmakers’ Competition.

You are welcome to submit your short film if you are a citizen or resident in a South-East Asian country, Korea, Taiwan or Hong Kong.

Submissions close on 31 July! There are three categories: indigenous language, narrative & documentary.

Special events for the PESTA10 Filmmakers’ Competition:

1. In July, you can join the PESTA10 Highlight Screening and hear the jury’s comments on the short films entered for the competition. This is free and open to everyone.
2. The winners of the PESTA10 Filmmakers’ Competition will be announced at Awards Night. This is the final night of the KKIFF and our prestige event! You’re welcome to join us – it’s free and open to everyone!
