Dear Sir is a shortfilm about a new teacher who was just got transferred to a new school. He is a very motivated and energetic teacher. He was given a responsibility to teach a problematic students and was determined to change them. Unfortunately, he was never appreciated until one incident that change the perception of his students. Moral: We need to respect our teachers.
