Valentine’s Day, 14 Feb, was also when the KKIFF 2017 was launched at a press conference in KK. We were delighted to have our special guests: Datuk Philip Lasimbang (Chairman, Board of Trustees, Kadazandusun Language Foundation), Ms Moira David (Senior Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Resource Development & IT), Datuk Deddy Borhan (Advisor, Creative Industry Sabah & Sarawak, FINAS) and Mr Emmanuel Chee (Committee member, SPArKS). It was a great pleasure for us to welcome faculty and students from Cosmopoint, as well, who came to learn about the KKIFF.

This is the 9th year for the KKIFF and so, at this press conference, we reviewed the last 8 years. A lot has happened!
