Title: 3075: My Earth

Set in the future of 3075, a mother presents her daughter on her 18th birthday, the gift of a virtual reality trip to revisit the past earth from generations ago….where the earth was still abundant with the “green”.
Intercut with these sequences, we show the earth being tortured through the symbolism of a man being tortured by being shaved of his natural resource of hair.
Back in the future, the mother reveals that she herself never saw the earth when it still had the “green” and passes to her daughter a family heirloom, passed down throughout the generations. A memory of what was once home.
The ending reveals that the future of humanity is now on the moon, because the earth is completely dead due to the irresponsible actions of mankind.
The symbolism shots tie in with equating the tortured man’s hair with the “green” of the earth.
