Synopsis
In Brunei culture, being single, 30 and good looking with a high paying job can put you under pressure. Hakim’s housemate, Faisal, has a theory about finding the perfect match and Hakim’s match was identified as Rina. Skeptical at first, Hakim meets a new colleague named Rina, a smart, gorgeous lady who he subsequently falls in love with and plans to propose to. In the meantime, Faisal tries to win a beautiful widow’s heart by competing in a reality singing competition.
This is Brunei’s first commercial and self-funded feature film. It is the second Brunei feature film that has ever been shown in Brunei cinemas since 1968.
Directors
Harlif Haji Mohamad, co-founder of Regalblue Production, Brunei colorist, music composer and actor, has been directing TV Drama and TV program series since 2002.
Farid Azlan Ghaniis a Malaysian born Director/Scriptwriter currently based in Brunei Darussalam. He began his career in 1990 and has since directed and produced numerous projects for the Malaysian and Brunei market.
