Title: Silent Pain

Child abuse cases have been the main highlighted issue in Malaysia currently. Especially, after the spreading of recorded phone video that was about an innocent child been abused by his stepfather on Youtube. So, this shortfilm is based and inspired by that video. Silent Pain is a story about a boy who has become an orphan after a tragedy happened to his parent. He was then been taken care by his uncle’s family, due to some family grudge they treat him like a servant and keep on abusing him. He was once a brilliant student but changes due to the depression that he went through. We hope to pass the message across that we need to stop child abuse.
